英英辞典。
ネイティブたちから見れば、国語辞典。
Open University に入学が決まり、
その準備をしているときに、
この英英辞典（類語辞典/シソーラス）を薦められました。
せっかくなので購入しましたが、
正直なところ、英英辞典はまず使うことはないんじゃないかと
思っていました。
ところがどうしてどうして。
だんだんと英語に慣れてきて、
この英英辞典を読むと、その英単語の意味が
かなりわかるようになってきました。
まだまだ、
英単語を説明する英語自体が読めないことの方が
多いのですが、中には読めるものもあって
英単語の意味を英語で読んで理解するという
すごい状態になっています。
最終的には、英和辞典を捨てて、
この The Merriam-Webster Thesaurusに
一本化できれば、
英語の達人になれると感じています。
英単語の意味を英語の辞書で引いている
自分の姿を夢見ています。日本語のない世界に
突入することが、僕の夢なんです。
恐らく、その瞬間に
僕は二番目の言語を手に入れることになるのでしょう。
英語を駆使して世界に羽ばたく一人の地球人（日本で生れた地球人）、
それは数年後の僕の姿なのですｗ
あと、金額にびっくり。

An English-English dictionary. It's a "mother language" dictionary for the native English speakers.
I was recommended this English-English dictionary, thesaurus, when I was preparing for the enrollment of the Open University.I bought it when I had just started to study MBA. To be honest, I thought I wouldn't use an English-English type.
However, contrary to my expectation, I became increasingly familiar with English and I began to understand the meanings of English words a lot in the dictionary. I don't yet completely understand the descriptions in English which explain the meaning of English words.
On the other hand I can occasionally understand some descriptions. It's a wonderful situation for me to read and understand in English.
I feel that I might finally become an expert of English if I throw away the English-Japanese dictionary and ordinarily only use The Merriam-Webster Thesaurus.
I dream of myself looking up English words in the dictionary in English. My dream is to enter a world without Japanese language. The moment I reach the point, I would acquire my second language. An Japan-born-earthman who is speaking English well and making rapid progress is me in a few years.
In addition, the price was surprising! Less than 500 yen! That was a good bargain.
syn（Synonyms）、rel（Related Words）、ant（Antonyms）、
near ant（Near Antonyms）、phrases（Phrases）などで、
英語と英語がつながっていくのを眺めていると楽しいですよ～
