さあ、5月になりました。
オープンユニバーシティの 2年目が始まりました。
2年目のコースは 2つあって、
それぞれに新しいチューターグループができました。
小学校や中学校の組替えみたいなもんですｗ
去年はロンドンのイギリス人チューターで、イギリス人がほとんどのグループだったんですが
今年は一つがベルギーのブリュッセルのチューターで、オランダ人、ベルギー人、フランス人、
イタリア人、スウェーデン人、フィンランド人などが生徒のヨーロッパ大陸混合組。
もう一つがたぶんイギリス人のチューターで、ケニア人、レバノン人、
ギリシャ人、キプロスで働いているポルトガル人、サウジアラビアで働いているイギリス人、
ニュージーランドで働いているイギリス人、エジンバラのスコットランド人などの
もの凄いごちゃまぜ組（笑い）
僕もニッポン代表として、自己紹介を掲示板に書き込んだら、
さっそくレジデンシャルスクールで
一緒だったレバノン人からレスが来ましたよ！

どんどんどんどん自分が世界へ羽ばたける気がしてきています。
人間、やればできる。やらねばならぬ。

May is coming at last. My Open University’s second year is beginning. Because I have two courses this year, new tutor group have been created for both. It's like reclassification back in elementary school and junior school!
Last year, my group consisted of a British tutor who lived in London, and mostly British students. This year, one group is composed of a tutor living in Brussels in Belgium and some students such as a Dutch person, a Belgian, a French person, an Italian, a Swede and a Finnish person, Italian, Swedish and Finish forming a European group.
The other is made up of perhaps an English tutor and certain students such as Kenyan, Greek, Lebanese, and a Lusitanian working in Cyprus, a British student in Saudi Arabia, a British student in NZ, and a Scot in Edinburgh. It’s quite a mixed group!
As a Japanese representative, I wrote my introduction on the BBS. Then, I immediately received a message from a Lebanese who had been my friend at residential school!

I'm quite excited, and glad indeed!
I am determined to do well in my second year! I feel as though I am making a great leap forward and will progress rapidly. If a person acts the way they want to be, they can achieve their goal. I have to do that. I'll do my best to achieve success.
